She is also a Certified Member of Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, a former (3-time) HOA president of two HOA's, and the former chair of the Vinings Business Association's Executive Club.
Following five years of active Air Force duty, Fred initiated his career in property management and continued it for over 20 years. Fred has handled almost every aspect of property management during his career. He has overseen renovations and complete rehabilitation of properties, including a 60-unit complex. Knows how to handle landlord / tenant issues in court and is a licensed broker in Georgia. With a pleasing demeanor and the necessary no-nonsense approach that one must have to be successful in the business, Fred's experience has been an asset to Perfect Fit tenants, owners, and staff. He has been a top producer in new and resale homes and possesses impeccable knowledge on market analysis and tenant procurement.

We have found that sole proprietors have a great deal of talent they are eager to share, often trained by the more expensive larger companies, possess good credentials and insurance, and are extremely reliable, personable, trustworthy and safe. Perfect Fit does not mark up routine maintenance costs. We charge you what they charge us and you can always see the actual invoice from the vendors we use.
